These mini white tea cakes are made using only the juicy buds and single, fresh leaves from a garden of 40 year old tea bushes. All hand-picked and naturally dried in the sun. Each cake is roughly 5g, which makes for a long and enjoyable gong fu session. Simply dunk one into your teaware, give it a few infusions to fully open up and enjoy the sweet and syrupy goodness.
Infusion Guide: Add 5-7g of leaf per 100ml
Heat water to 90˚C
Infuse for 15-30 sec
