
Heirloom Queen Chickpeas
After three years of working in the food sustainability space with top London chefs, a little legume appreciation turned into a full on obsession. Amelia wasn't just inspired by restaurants using high quality beans creatively, but also learned from those around her in food sustainability.
HOLY HUMMUS. This is the ultimate chickpea. It's tender, GIANT and oh so delicious. This guy goes centre stage of any dish. Crisp them up in the oven for crunchy-on-the-outside, soft-in-the-centre marvels which can go in salads, with fish or as a protein-rich snack.
